I have a friend who likes to hang around in the back or anywhere he doesnt feel crowded together. I still have fun going with him. I guess its like anything else and is just personal preference.

But being late for an Eagles concert, or any concert, thats just wrong  I was maybe 1.5 hrs late getting into a Farmaid concert but that was because of anal security checking every purse, under every hat, even pockets sometimes. 20,000 people in line and not enough people doing security checks. Something to do with a prior riot at a Guns n Roses concert as I was in St Louis, the town it happened at.

Like I said it's small venue, they set the stage up on left hand side so it's out onto the ice considerable amount. I have only seen one concert here, Trans Siberian Orchestra. GF wanted to see it, it was alright but not something I would see again.

I saw Black Sabbath in Philly about 10+years ago. Those were club seats, they weren't great seats but the amenities were outrageous. Bathroom was like walking into nice restaurant bathroom, all nice and clean and no one in it let alone waiting in line. Regular bar with bartender, no waiting. That was bad thing. LOL

I saw him at a K-Rockathon at Vernon downs in the mid 90's. I don't remember who else was there because he was the only one I cared to see. It was ok. Never been a concert fanatic.

Cyndi Lauper and Madonna were battling it out on the charts with their debut albums from 1983 and then Lauper made her WWF appearances. While it may have helped her career briefly there is wide belief it tanked her career in the long run.

I always liked Lauper's voice and singing. That song is nice. Madonna, not so much. Madonna's looks and crazy life and it making headlines probably helped her sell albums and tickets too.

I had the girls just want to have fun album on cassette. Used to play it on the old shoebox style player.

Thanks. I'm a year round listener, sometimes to my family's dismay, particularly when it makes me cry! :D

Made my soda bread this afternoon, boiling bacon is almost ready. They'll be happy.

That's from late 90's Reunion album. They do have one slower song.

This was covered by Ozzy as duet with his daughter.

Now back to smashing *censored* with Metallica covering Black Sabbath.
