Last week I was able to barter for a Honda EB6500X generator that would not run due to bad gasoline. The carb was nasty, but a few hours in the parts cleaner did the job. I got it running smooth and thought I had it made. When I load tested it via the welder outlet in my shop it tripped the ground fault breaker on the generator immediately. Some web searching found a service bulletin that said a jumper wire had to be removed to feed into a service panel. 5 minutes later it was working perfectly.

My old generator worked when I needed it to, but I love how much easier the Honda starts and how quiet it is. The big fuel tank with a gauge is a nice feature also.
