I have a 2011 boiler what does the out fire aquastat get set at in degs? This is the one on top of the boiler. The one for over fire is set to 200 degs. This one is on the left side facing to boiler. Thanks for you help.

Is the boiler tripping the ''hi-limit'' aquastat ? What is the boiler doing, that is not meeting the needs of your install ?

I think 20 degrees below the low limit setting on the triple aquastat should be good for most installs, but you may need to play with it a little. If you set the control too low, it won't do any good - if you set it to high, it may take the stoker out of service when you don't want it to.
