Thank you everyone for the kind words, prayers and encouragement. First treatment went well. No nausea or feeling sick. Didn’t get overly tired. Did what I wanted to do till I got tired and then took a nap. I can only hope that the next treatments goes just as well.

Update!
I had a ct scan the other 2 weeks ago. Just had and appointment on Wednesday for chemo and had my results read. The treatment I am on is working! Everything on my lungs is under a cm and they can count the number of nodules now. My liver has cleaned up pretty good as well. One tumor has shrank in half. Dr is talking about possibly switching over more of a maintenance dose of chemo to keep things under control. They have seen better results this way compared to stopping and restarting when things start growing again.

Well time for an update!
As of right now things are going well. I am on maintenance chemotherapy and my oncologist every 3 weeks. My last scan in early August was great. The tumors on my lungs are stable at 4cm. The tumors on my liver have shrunk more which is great considering I am on maintenance chemotherapy. There is also no new growth.
Dr is watching my liver numbers as they have been elevated. I changed my diet a little bit and lost 10 pounds and that seemed to help. My goal is to maintain 200 pounds our so. That seems to be the sweet spot.
I go to work just about every day, but find some days are more tiring then others. The heat really seems to take the wind out of my sail.
So all in all I can’t really complain. I am just happy to be able to do most of the things I have done before.

Ziggy,
I just logged in and saw your note. A few minutes ago I watched something on WFMZ health beat, an Allentown TV station that talked showed a new way to liquify liver tumors and no side effects. It's liver tumors now and more coming. The more you know the better. Here is the web page link: Look for Liquifying Liver Tumors
