You may want to add the word poll to the title, like cable tv poll or similar as it just sounds like a story how it is. For me its #3.

Not just cable but internet providers, too.

Because internet access has become so expensive in this area, my village just set up their own fiber optic internet system and it is 40% of the cost of what I was paying and close to 100 times faster measured speed to my computer.

I have fiber from the local phone company and it is definitely less expensive than the cable offerings. Works great with streaming services.
