Hello I am Jake from Northeastern PA

I came across this forum after spotting an old parlor stove

It looks way cool and I may try to buy it and restore

Anyone have info on this stove?

Anyone have an idea what the value is? It appears complete.

CAYUTA ANDES 418 PARLOR STOVE

Thanks Jake

Here are more pics of the stove. It appears to be complete and in very nice condition

Any advice on where to advertise this for sale will be greatly appreciated.

His first post indicates he is considering buying the stove. Then another post as to where to sell it once restored.

I think his focus is on what the current value is and how much work is needed to get it back into shape.

I am not familiar with the stove but it appears to be complete. And the amount of work is not extraordinary to get it back into shape. Value after restoring? I have no idea.

I did find these...

Is it a wood / coal stove Or just wood...I think it maybe both

Yes thanks

I was considering restoring just for decoration but I think others may want to use it and since I am not in the restoration field I am considering selling I bought it for $170

Hope it’s worth more

Regards jake

It might be salable for $170 .. thing you can do is put it up for sale for more and see what happens.

You can note its for sale here .. there is a "for sale" section
