My Dad got us a professional grade Kitchen Aid mixer for Christmas. Ever since, my wife has been baking up a storm. So far she's made molasses cookies with icing, homemade bread and this is her latest creation. Mummy style Braided Taco Bake. Made with homemade pizza dough with the new mixer, filling is seasoned taco meat with cooked in onion, tomatoes and cheese, baked and topped with lettuce, sour cream and cheese!! She’s a beast, 24” long and around 8” wide. We'll have the rest tomorrow lol.

We were supposed to be "getting healthy" after New Year's but now I don't see that happening 😆

Yup, looks wonderful.

Only way it can be better is to cook it with a coal range.

I know right! I wish I could have a coal range, but unfortunately we have a small kitchen.. which might change down the road with some remodeling 🙂

I've heard they are pretty robust. I was pretty shocked at how heavy it is. It's a solid unit for sure!

The disc that locks in the bowl needed to be replaced on ours. We do a lot of bread kneading. Amazon has them.

Looks good to me. To give you an idea of how old our mixer is, the color is "harvest gold".
