PJM is slowing the adoption of renewables to protect the

fossil fuel suppliers at the detriment of rate payers in

their ISO.

Why should they keep out the new energy at prices 1/2 and

less costly? Let the chips fall where they may and buy the least

costly energy for the consumer.
