The way I read it was that they "may" take it up. They needed more clicks.

I never saw that on Drudge. They do add and drop stories quickly sometimes but I probably check their site twice daily. It could be fake.

"may" take it up as WTM said is right. They "may" take up about any lawsuit they decide too and the other 90% never get taken up.

If a case like that did make it to the Supreme Court right now I think we know what would happen. :D The 3 new justices in 2016-2020 did make a difference.

Another set back for the anti-gun mob. SCOTUS unanimous ruling that NRA can continue law suit. Even gun-hating Sotomayor voted in favor of the NRA.

May not seem like much, but bit by bit it is part of chipping away at the anti-gun mob's attempts.

The anti-gun mob in NYC and Albany are about to get a rude awakening when the many cases before SCOTUS get decided,.... hopefully soon.

SCOTUS is not happy with Albany slapping them in the face by quickly passing a law to get around the Bruen ruling and other less-recent pro-2nd Amendment rulings.

It would be nice to buy a new semi .22 without having to be permitted.

It would be nice to not have to have a back ground check to buy ammo, it would be nice to be able to mail order ammo, it would be nice to buy any rifle desired, it would be nice to be able to buy a suppressor, or maybe even some soft body armor, or how about a handgun without going through months of bureaucratic crap and then having to kiss a damned judges ass to be allowed to do so.

It is nice to buy ammo and have it shipped via ups with no background check, it's also nice walking into the local gun shop, filling out some paper work, paying a small fee and walking out in 15 minutes with 3 new pieces of equipment that were delivered the day before.

Same day any type of pistol purchase here but thats after filling out a form for a background check at Sheriff office. Free buyers permit, good for a year. Or with a carry permit. Any rifle or shotgun same day after background check (unless its changed), no fee unless its changed. Ammo any way I want it. Yes its nice except for the price of ammo.
