Had mine out couple years ago...
Day surgery...
Found it by accident looking for kidney stones...
One gigantic stone size of golf ball...
Never had any issues with it...
2 weeks home resting...
another 2 weeks slowly doing more stuff...
Just keep at it...
Be careful of high fat products...
Gall bladder helps digest the fats...
The only thing that bothers me is Canola oil...
The rest I eat the same as before...

I’ve had nothing but complications from gall bladder removal. Can hardly eat anything it seems, but am losing no weight. Been a little over a year. Bad gas any time I eat. Eat Tums by the huge bottles full, gas-x, Pepcid, sprite. Can hardly digest beef for some reason and I love it, but a steak kills me no matter how long I chew it.
I have constant bloating and belly pressure, need Sprite to help me burp or I get heartburn so bad it’s horrible.
What helps:
Less food more frequently.
Raisins...a kid size box a day.
Bananas seem to cote my stomach.
No coffee, or very sparingly.
Greek yogurt with fruit.
Lite soups.
Chewing food three times more than you think you should have to.
No food after 6pm and a small supper.

Goes to show all your parts have purpose.
That's tough Hoytman, a lot of people go on without much trouble but there's always that group...
Looks like you chose the wrong group.
