The price seems too good to ignore the possibility. Does anyone know where this coal comes from? Mike

5 tons of Direnzo coal now in the bin in the basement ready and waiting to fire up the 520 in late October.
The coal was very clean and sized nicely. Buckwheat coal and not much non coal junk in the coal.
150.00 per ton picked up at the breaker.
with this load in the basement, I have about 9 tons here at the house.

I've been considering Lehigh or Direnzo for this year, I burn rice, but for $150/ton I can burn buck, I've done it before. I feel the rice is easier on the auger.
I need to get nut to for the handfed.

My grandson and went up to Direnzo Coal yesterday and got a load of pea coal. The prices are still down. I paid $150.00 per ton for it. That is a good price for some of the best coal I have ever burned. I will contune to go to Direnzo for my coal weather it is on sale or not. If you haven't tried them give them a try. Great people to deal with and very easy in and out.
