How is the surface of your burner grates? If pitted or corroded, they can cause issues with feeding.
How about the nylon screws on each side of the pusher bar? Are they in good shape? If not, the pusher bar can bind up leading to feeding issues...

I found 10-24 nylon screws at my local Lowe's... But if you're near Schuylkill Haven you could stop by the Keystoker factory for a set.

take pusher plate out and make sure the nylon screws and Nylon cam are in good shape and centered in slot. replace if needed. Also, Make sure grate is sealed properly in back , otherwise it it will leak and burn back too far on grate and possibly melt the cam and/or nylon screws. Also, too much draft can be drawn down thru hopper and burn back too far. Make sure you have draft gauge and stove / exhaust set up properly.
