Just put in a coin operated device to prevent usage without putting in a coin. Then you will get $$ for usage to pay for the electric bill.

My HPWH will be coming out later this summer if i change to all gas. As long as UGI passes some of these cheap $2 Nat gas prices through to the customers the gas will most likely be cheaper anyway at least in the short term. I can always use the HPWH in another location.
