okay so I'm doing end of year cleaning, and I vacuumed under the grates. now the stove won't turn on! it just buzzes for one minute and the direct vent motor spins slowly. when cleaning one of the wires came out of the bus bar, I put it back in and it is good. but still buzzing ! help please

Sounds to me like loose wiring..maybe that wire you plugged back in slight separated from its connector. Disconnect power and check, re-crimp it.
Report back..its likely something simple.

It might be needed for you to visit where your bought it (or find another who has the model) and examine the wiring of another unit. I cannot find any wiring info online...you can call retailer or manufacturer.
There also are a couple of members who have the model too .. you can use the search function and then send them a PM and see if relief or help can be found with them.
I don't have the model.
