During the early days of the switch over to ng prices did drop. Stayed relatively low til this winter. I was getting short term generation rates (come
on rates) in the $.03 -$.05 range. Long term were in the $.07 range. But the article says production decreases should be expected to stabilize prices.

I read that as well. I don't believe it. Europe is still going to need Ng to make up for lost Russian gas for what 10 years if they stick to their phase out plans. And what will happen when they realize it won't work.

They have ng of their own. Just have to convince them to use it.

Im seeing a lot more lower rate offers lately on the power choice site. down to 10.9 for generation and lower. PPL is fixed at 14.6 for generation.

Rates have come down again in NEPA. 5 cents less than the price to compare.

Just got slammed by a generation provider. I always get a half dozen
offers in the mail that i ignore .So i guess one of them figured no response meant sign me up. Now i have to sit on hold for hours waiting to talk to a real person calling these idiots to make them cancel it.

Sounds illegal. File a complaint with the state attorney general office, I've done it before and you get fast results and usually a apology from the company.

Most states' AG offices do just that. But I would sue them myself, get that go-away 10K money...ask for a billion dollars ...
