So NY keeps making changes to force everything to electric. How long before we can get coal in NY?

Hey its another step closer for the demand for natural gas drilling in New York. Gotta generate that electric demand somehow. Unlikely to see a nuke plant open up as fast as a natty gas generation facility. Open up the southern tier marcellus field!!!

Battery powered of course. It'll take 2 years to cut one years worth of wood.

My friend in Yonkers called me yesterday and was telling me how bad it's getting up there. He's in his 60's and cares for his wife and his mom and he can't escape new york.

NY is mostly hydro power, but I don't see that being increased with the environ-mentals forcing some states to remove dams for the sake of fish.

As it is now, burning more NG is what the power companies have to do to keep up when there is high demand. So how does Botox Kathy think increasing electric demand is going to be dealt with if she doesn't undo idiot Andy's ban on fracking and more NG wells ? :baby:

Yes I believe they do count. The only problem is out voting the liberal non productive vote that runs from NYC up to Albany and then out to Buffalo.

I think they count, I guess. It's just disheartening that new York city out votes the rest of the state. :no1:

You ought to live in PA... 60 of 67 counties are red but the 7 blue counties seem to out vote the 60 easily. Especially since they started legalized vote harvesting. They call it mail in voting...

By land mass, NYS is about 95% red.

It's the 5% of the state that is blue because of the big cities that controls the majority of votes. Has for a long time and is becoming more so as they ship in more blue voters and fed-up red voters are leaving the State.

So you're saying it's pretty much the same other than we haven't caught up on fuel taxes?

It’s sad when I see about 200 yards of the constitution pipeline blanked off and sitting under a nitrogen blanket. All was good to go then the Fanny smackin corrupt gummnah said nope… we may drown a frog. More like his pocket didn’t get lined. Would have fed at least a 2 billion cubic feet from PA to Albany NY a day. We have it plus, just can’t send it.
