12 million dollars divided by the ten thousand board users would be a modest investment of $1,200 each into the "Anthracite Fund" and we would secure our heating source for the rest of our lifetimes.

I could buy a broom for the shack. I wonder what reserves are left there and what the reclaimed property costs/obligations are. Some of that would be in posted bond?
