Some friends of mine that are about 10 years my elders lost their son and grandchildren yesterday.

There son was a fine young man. Polite, hard working, great with kids.

Apparently had been going through a divorce custody battle. Something happened. Well, Satan took advantage of him...that's the only way I know to put it...and he killed both of his two children, 4th and 7th grade, then apparently killed himself also.

News hasn't yet given a motive, could have been a triple murder, but the word I got through trusted sources...we're all pretty tight group of friends and family, is that it was a murder suicide.

All that good I knew of that boy, wiped out in an instant. Three unnecessary lost lives. What a shame!

The parents, extended family and friends...especially the school mates of those children could use your prayers right now.

Murder suicides like that, dont try to figure out the logical reason as there isnt a logical one. If he had been thinking logically he wouldnt have done it. Something triggered something in his brain that made him think it was the right thing to do. Possibly no real evil involved in his own mind. Spousal things can really twist a brain.

I now plenty of people and a couple relatives who have killed themselves and one friend who killed his wife and kids, then himself. Something may have triggered it happening, but if their mind was straight they wouldnt have done it.

The why's will never really be figured out. They think its the only choice. A permanent solution to a temporary problem you could say. Forgive and move on, try not to hate.

Sorry for your and their loss.

Prayers for you and the family. A reminder to check on our people. We never know what poison creeps into a person when we aren't looking.

No good comes of this, but perhaps we can be reminded to be vigilant. God bless you and yours.

How does stuff like this even happen? Somebody got pushed way beyond their breaking point. Still, that's no excuse to take it out on the kids. So sickening.. My heart goes out the the family.
