Anyone else besides me think it’s a bit strange that India, a nation of 1Billion people, and a nation much closer to China than the Western countries, is just now having their second and biggest wave of this virus over the last few weeks?

A lot of people have vaccine hesitancy when it comes to getting the Covid-19 vaccines. The media and Dems would have us believe that nearly 54% of all adults have been vaccinated, as was reported on national radio news, but that is simply not the case. When the CDC has to launch their own “push” campaign just to get nurses vaccinated, well, there’s your sign.

Some are trying very hard and to persuade and influence people to get vaccinated. A harsh reality is that free people decide what they do, that scared some, and thus the efforts we are seeing to persuade and influence getting vaccinated. If it wasn’t a concern that most would get the vaccine, then there would be no push and persuasion.

https://mobile.twitter.com/CDCgov/status/13885558 ... gr%5Etweet

Reporting on what I am seeing and hearing in my state of Ohio...

Several nurses I have spoken with that haven’t taken the vaccine, and have no plans to take it, have shared with me that fear of vaccine side effects is not what is stopping them. Strangely enough all have said the same thing, that the vaccine is not needed because the majority of people are getting over this virus either on their own or with medications from their doctor and once they have had the virus these nurses are telling me these people now have immunity. Their words, not mine. However, that is the same thing my specialist told me and my family, that since we all 3 had the virus that we don’t need the vaccine. Since then I have heard of 4 other doctors making the same comments to people I know, so there must be something to it.

This information coming from personal friends and coming on the heels of recent reports that some of these reactions from the vaccines “could” be because the people who had issues with the shot had already had the virus and did not know it, likely asymptomatic and others likely mild cases not recognized as the virus. This has been reported on the news as well, but I fear “big tech” and “big media” are squashing the release of most of this type of information.

Our county vaccinations are up from 8000 approx. to, as of yesterday, to about 12,000 in a county of 43,000 residents. This over about two months time. Vaccinations are climbing very slow in this county in my estimation. Curiously enough, reported cases have climbed even slower, from 3500 approx. cases to just over 3700+ cases in the same two month time span with the same 90+ “active cases” (they left that number alone). I find that real interesting.

Another important statistic is that the cases under 30 years old, and most certainly those under 19 to 1 years old have have went from 0 to nearly matching, every age group within just a few people. A number that is just over 400 cases, maybe 500 cases per age group. Can’t recall without looking, but for nearly a year there were less than 5 cases in the youngest age group. Now the number is nearly 400-500. I find that odd since last looking at that age group the statistic swelled by more cases than the total number of approx 3500 to approx 3700 cases. You can’t have a total case increase smaller than a recent age group increase. So there is most certainly a large discrepancy in the statistics, the reporting, or both.

This youth age group increase suggests two things, either mutations have become weaker, more contagious and less deadly, and possibly all 3, or certain statistics were withheld from the public the entire time, which is a strong possibility.

There have been time spans where the county board of health had huge time gaps for reporting statistics, of which there is no excuse for such lag. Yes, there is a lag time for reporting cases because it takes time to get information from doctors to health officials in the county, but those doctors were required to report on certain dates and on a consistent basis. I see no reason why CBoH services could not remain on a consistent reporting schedule to the public, without gaps (at least updating the ‘date of last report’ even if actual statistics had not changed) because doctors were kept to a rigid reporting schedule.

I have made at least 6 trips over the last month up and down western Ohio, to central Ohio and from Fort Wayne to Toledo to Port Clinton, Ohio from the Dayton area. People seem to still be doing masks in stores, but outside and even in groups, the majority of people I am seeing have nearly quit the masks outdoors. This, long before Fauci made his flip flop, again. LOL! Even social distancing seems to be going back to normal outdoors, with it without health officials guidance. This was and is very predictable of a “free” people.

According to our local news yesterday evening cases in Ohio are dropping to a point where our Governor is close to dropping the mask requirements, which most of our local small towns have already done. They also are reporting less deaths and much less hospitalizations per day, all of which is matching the more activity I have been seeing all across our state.

I think the reason you are seeing such a push to try and get more vaccines into the arms of people is simply an issue of money invested and spent. Money that one administration said likely wasn’t necessary, but provisions to cut red tape were made possible by the same administration, release of the money to get vaccines made ASAP. That was all made possible because the media and certain health officials said it was necessary. Media being the squeaky wheel, if you will.

It is a bold statement, but it seems it has zero to do with actually needing the vaccines because other treatments HAVE BEEN WORKING. Money has been invested in vaccines and it “must not seem wasted now”.

We were told HQC was not viable, yet the opposite has been proven as it has with “other” treatments. Think I am wrong? Keep reading.

Millions upon millions have survived Covid-19 with and without treatments and certainly without a vaccine.

Certainly there is nothing wrong with creating vaccines or using them and certainly they can be effective. Instead of me repeating that, simply read it a second time...because...yes...I did just say it. Definitely they can help calm people’s fears. As with anything, there is usually more than one way to “skin a cat”, in this case fight the cat, Covid-19.

If you go to clinicaltrials.gov or the NIH, or WHO websites and look up Ivermectin as a treatment for Covid-19 you might get some mixed messages or see that ongoing studies are being done. Indeed, you will even see no “approved” recommendation for Ivermectin treatment yet treatment continues. You will see “inconclusive”, etc., but take note that time and money was spent to at least consider using the treatment. That is significant in and of itself.

A treatment that costs less than $2 for a 5 day treatment regime (Ivermectin) versus the costs of other treatments or the vaccine itself is going to see some skeptics and even push back by those whose investments show where their interests are...making more money. When trillions have been thrown at creating and making available to the public a vaccine then it stands to reason there will be and IS a major push to get the vaccine in people’s arms.

However, as is usual, the information on those government websites do not tell the entire story.

Why is the mention of this in this thread important?

We’ve mentioned and discussed Ivermectin as a Covid-19 treatment and I don’t mean to beat a dead horse or harp on that, but the idea of mentioning it again is to show how easy it is for other treatments to be skipped under the radar, as far as reporting it to the public is concerned, potentially on purpose, because money is involved and again, money doth corrupt.

Just take some time, do your own investigating on WHO, NIH, FDA, and any other government website you can think of and look up Ivermectin as a treatment for Covid-19. At first you may only come across exactly what I did at first. First that simply a study was done and then findings by all those “organizations” seemed to fizzle out, came to the same conclusions...again, likely because money is involved. However, there are always those who continually push the boundaries looking for the truth. Look hard enough long enough and you might end up finding those who are pushing the boundaries of many treatments for Covid-19. Then ask yourself if there are similar medications being studied and what are the reports and findings both here and elsewhere. Why does the media report very little of this information to the public? Why was and why is the vaccine the main focus? Is it because they want you to believe it is the only full remedy, or even the only way to “herd immunity”? Or is because those who have the most money invested hundreds of millions into a vaccine because billions in profit could be made? I’m not suggesting anything, rather asking questions.

How do you hide millions and even hundreds of millions of dollars? Answer: Start talking about Billions and Trillions.

Don’t believe that?!?! Just take a look at how easy it has become to just throw around not 1 Trillion, but 3-4 Trillion at a time AND in succession. That is, numerous times in a row. This country has gone nuts throwing around money we don’t have.

What I found was that indeed studies were and are still being done for “other”treatments of Covid-19. I also found additional information elsewhere, and in real-time.

https://c19ivermectin.com/
Looking around on that link will show other statistics for other medications being used all over the world and also shows the successful treatment of Covid-19 without using a vaccine.

https://ivmmeta.com/

Here is yet another link...
https://c19early.com/
...and just look how many medications have been used with success!

So there should be reason to celebrate that all is NOT doom-and-gloom with regard to getting Covid-19. Folks, I am but one conservative that the media had me scared to death of getting this virus. I might get it again. I might survive and I might not, but I am no longer scared.

Here’s a link to HQC therapy results...

https://c19hcq.com/

If you click on the dark blue line at the top of that link it will show you real-time statistics of the treatments being used in this fight against Covid-19...and new treatments are likely being found as well.

The point to all this is not about vaccines or Ivermectin itself. It is to show what is normally the case...

...that those out doing the work in the field know more about what is going on than the management. They know more about what works and what doesn’t, and most certainly what is being reported, and they are working very hard at their jobs...around the clock 24/7/365. Truth spreads like a wildfire once it catches on and in the end they will learn how to fight this disease and will ultimately beat it, even without vaccines. They may not eradicate it, but they will be able to successfully treat it.

Yes vaccines are going to help, but the promise of them being the total fix is proving to be a total farce, as is proven by the reports of second and third shots, and now even yearly booster shots...which was also predictable. Why? Push back about getting the vaccines, so the investment has to be recouped somehow, and so we are now seeing how that will take place, by convincing people they will need it. Just like they try and do with flue shots.

Rest easy people, the help has already arrived. If getting vaccinated keeps you from fearing the virus, then jump on it, just know it is not the end all to this virus that it has been made out to be.

Reports are now that some of the spikes being reported may have come from those getting the vaccine and then passing the virus on to others. The good news from that is that the prior treatments are still working and both deaths and hospitalizations are down all over.

Just might be able to shed some light on this.
Just yesterday had to see a medical specialist in Albany for a follow up exam. Where at one point the DR. asked me if I had received a covid shot? I replied that I had, & he said "good". He went on to tell me that just because I had been vaccinated I could still be infected; However symptoms would be very mild & the chances of dying from same would be virtually nil. But the point he made was that even vaccinated people are still susceptible & can still spread the disease.
Being made aware of this certainly explains volumes.

However it never ceases to amaze me that there is so much market for biased convoluted journalism.

Not being a Dr. myself, I'm obviously not qualified to give an affirmative answer.
I guess that we can only look at the global consequences of what we are dealing with now, as compared to diseases of the past & at least try to draw a rational conclusion.

Jim,

They are saying the same, "keep wearing a mask" for people who have had Covid, yet they wanted Covid recovered people to donate antibodies to share their protection with those who have not had it. So if the antibodies are such good protection that they are in demand, as they have been with all past infections, why the need of a mask ?

And, if those who have had Covid still need to wear a mask to "protect others" because they are carriers, as we're being told by some of our "experts", I'd have had Covid after Melissa recovered.
