Df 520 ratchet hitting oil bath

The tray is different in the two sets of pictures. One has the corner that is hitting, relieved.

i think you have the brass bushing on the wrong side of the gear.

I feel like it is something to do with the brass washer as well. This runs in my garage basement and pipes run underground to my house basement and feeds into my oil burner.
It hasn't been extremely cold yet so I haven't worried about firing up the coal yet. But also haven't had the time either to rip it back apart, but hopefully Friday I can try flipping the brass around and see if that does it.

Fixed! Thanks to Marks Supply Co. In Shenandoah. He knew immediately what the problem was. The problem was the gearbox was sitting flat. There has to be a pitch to it so that it pushes the shaft on the right angle so then it clears the oil bath when its stroking.
There were 4 bolts on the back of the gear box that you loosen and the gearbox can rotate to where you need it. I put it at the same angle as the worm shaft.
