Here's the one I smoked, came out awesome! Made turkey clubs with the leftovers. Apple and Hickory Smoked. Wish we all lived closer. We could have one hell of a get together. Would've liked to have attended this years meeting and tour.

Not too bad for a Yankee! :D

It goes without saying, if you are ever nearby stop in. I was happy to host William for a few hours when he came up to get a stove I had.

I just bought half a pig and got a beautiful whole ham cured and smoked. I'll make that for Christmas using the Food Wishes method.https://www.allrecipes.com/video/4954/chef-johns- ... ype=Recipe

If you are ever out in North Central Ma give me a shout. I was down that way for Mass Jam a year or so ago. I think that was Barnstable Fairgrounds.

Great ride out to Lehigh today, brought Dave Vig II along for the ride, good to see Matt at the mine, and we had a great lunch with Jack (Den034071) and lots of good conversation.
I have enough nut and rice now to last until spring. Ready for winter!

Was a nice day! When I go alone to the mine it's usually straight there, load up, and straight back home.
