While I didn't end up getting the Chappee Boiler, the owner did send me a copy of his paperwork. Just want to add this to the collection here.
A fellow from VT with a less picky building inspector got it.- ASea

I spoke at length with my local building inspector. I also inspect furnaces for the Fire Dept. I don't want any issues with insurance etc. While the Manual showed UL listing and H stamp unfortunately they were nowhere to be found on the boiler itself. I didn't want to chance it. The boiler itself was in excellent shape. I suppose I'll listen to you guys and eventually get a stoker.
