I found this online last year or one similar to it...think it’s the same one...
...and had high hopes of finding the correct size gasket for my wood stove doors by measuring the channel or cutting this out on paper and trying to match it.
Called for a 3/8” gasket...too small.
Went to 1/2”...worked for about a month until it fully compressed. Now I’m having to step up to 5/8” in order to get it right. Haven’t tried it yet. If that doesn’t work I’m putting a flat gasket in it like to one someone else had shoved in there...in a channel that called for a round gasket. I already know anything round and larger than 5/8” will be too big.
Others mileage may vary...
