The circulator should be on the supply side, and on the far side of the expansion tank.

1) Boiler Supply outlet, 2) Expansion Tank with air scoop and air vent, 3) Circulator

Your circulator on top of the boiler should be horizontal instead of vertical.

That all looks confusing. Let’s start fresh. Do you have 2 feeds off the top and 2 returns on the back bottom of the boiler? Both being 2 inch at the boiler? Something looks like it’s been put into the Sampson regulator fitting. And are there two separate feeds going to the house, both being their own zones? And where is the low pressure regulator feeding the boiler? Those pictures are making my eyes bleed lol. And didn’t you say your running the pumps 24/7?
There's a triple aquastat where the Samson valve should go. The one feed is going to the house and going to continuously cycle the other one is a dump zone for cast iron radiators in the garage. The low pressure regulator is behind the air scoop and expansion tank,

Here's a picture of the air scoop and low-pressure valve

I can't really start over since I have someone else doing it but I definitely going to ask him some questions when they return.

I’ve never used an aqua stat on a continuous run system. That’s where the Sampson regulator comes in. We set the temp at 170 which leaves 30 degrees to blowoff. When those doors close the fire cools quickly. We never have an issue. Everyone does things differently. But I will tell you in all certainty not to use that blower. That would only be used for coal if you had a bad draft. And I still wouldn’t want to use it.

I chose to put circ on return. Some guys do supply. Dont really see much difference. As long as circ is pulling away from the expansion tank.

How many BTU/hr will your "dump" loop be able to transport away from that DS-3200 handfed boiler?
I'm guessing your pipe diameters (head) are a limiting factor...understand that you save buying expensive anti-freeze this way...but it IS still supposed to work properly.

+ 1 on circulator motor being hung horizontal...

BTW: Dump temps can push PEX plastic right up to it's design temp limits.
