Your supply comes out of the top of the boiler your return goes in the back on the bottom. Your primary circuit should be atleast 1" if not 1.25" depending on Btu demand of radiators, and how many zones you have "T"ing off of that boiler loop.
Before spending a ton of money on copper and fittings you might want to check out some simple primary/secondary piping schematics.

Can you take a couple of close ups of the top? And what size copper is that? I don’t know the length of your zones but there should be two 2 inch feeds coming off the top and the same for the returns on the back. We come off with 2 inch black iron and then reduce down to either 1 1/2 or 1 inch minimum.

DS taught me how to install their boilers so I might be a little backwoods but I’m a little confused on what I’m seeing. Where the Sampson regulator going?Jlinde37 wrote: ↑Fri. When I bought this unit used it came with the blower so we're hooking up the blower instead of a sampson.
The pipes coming out of the ground is what I put in and they are inch and a quarter I think they reduced everything down to an inch though

I highly reccomend the use of the samson. It does an excellent job metering air in very fine increments. I've tried using the blower on mine it helps getting a fire lit but after that it just blows all the heat out the chimney.

Do not use the blower with coal. Seriously. Are you feeding with both top feeds? I’d have your installers call Ben at DS before going further.

That all looks confusing. Let’s start fresh. Do you have 2 feeds off the top and 2 returns on the back bottom of the boiler? Both being 2 inch at the boiler? Something looks like it’s been put into the Sampson regulator fitting. And are there two separate feeds going to the house, both being their own zones? And where is the low pressure regulator feeding the boiler? Those pictures are making my eyes bleed lol. And didn’t you say your running the pumps 24/7?

And it’s just my opinion but the pump should be on the return. Can we start over?
