Curious, what is the difference between the new legacy SF170 or the old Harmon SF160? I was just on their website looking at thier products. AHS/Legacy really seems to be making some good stuff. I ran into them at the Great American Ourtdoor Show in Pennslvania last year.

Not necesarily looking to buy a handfired boiler. It seems like certain people are very happy with them (My Coal guy has a Chappee Boiler he swears by.) Whilst others cant stand them.

I bought a new SF-270 last year and ran it over the winter, seems to be just fine, im running KY Bit in mine, so the forced air draft is a must in my opinion. otherwise the fire will be running very rich and soot up the chimney in no time.
