Fired up sf260 boiler.

- Hand Fed Coal Stove: Hitzer 50-93
- Coal Size/Type: nut or pea, anthracite
- Other Heating: crown oil boiler, backup.if needed
calling for lows in mid 20's for next 4>5 days. Boiler sits in an enclosed unheated room on back deck. Not taking any chances of freezing it. Highs mid 30's for next 4> 5 days. No i didn't repair chimney. Its drafting good.

bumping aquastat up t0 175ish+ for this below 10* weather. About 20* now and dropping fast. Been running it at 160*ish

Depending on how well the castle is insulated you may want to push it back down and just uses the thermostat as the boiler will work as long as your thermostat is not satisfied and you tending and shaking will stay pretty consistant even in this weather.
