Did you replace the high pressure relief valve?
That is on top of the boiler that releases at 30-32psi

It does not seem to be the problem,

Or are you talking about the auto fill valve?
That could be the problem.

Did you get a new well pump or anything to do with your water pressure incoming?

It makes absolutely NO difference where you add liquid to a closed system

- Valve off the pressure reducing valve
- adjust the pressure so that the top most air bleed has about- but no less than 3 psi - you can guess it is allowed
- Record the pressure at the boiler then=IGNORE THE GAUGE ON THE BOILER - YOU HAVE CORRECT SYSTEM PRESSURE IF YOU DID THE ABOVE
- leave the PRV feed valve closed

wait 24 hours or two weeks what ever comes last
