It is coming next year. I know that many of you are avid coal burners, consumed with your "burnin love", so I want to open the floor for suggestions on a small way to recognize this moment in our history. Special paint, logos, or what....?

Do something different, sell them at the same price you sold them thirty years ago! :-) OK back to reality. Sell one at that price to the winner of a contest. Dream up a contest that will get you new customers.

I like the contest idea, but, those that have one don't need another, and those that are going to buy one, have already found you. Although a new buyer would sure like a "contest winning price", and perhaps that in itself would generate extra word of mouth. How do you advertise other than the website? If you have regular Radio, TV, newspaper ads, then, sure, have names submitted have a draw one winner contest.

The whole series for this year could have a special paint job, or at least a special decal.

Free anniversay bumper stickers, given in the show room & given with requested literature.

Any ideas as to what the special bumper sticker or paint job should look like?

I'm still waiting for mine and can't wait till I fire it up, but a contest for a paint job and decal would be a great idea.
I like a decal with a small pile of coal = full tank of heating oil.

I want a logo decal with an smoking AR-15 with the word coal gun coming out of the barrel. Also give the boiler jacket a special paint color or 30th anv. (special ed.) banding on it.

How about a large sticker with the color of annivrsary (like marriage) and it lasts for 5 years to the next anniversary date, good way to know when you stoker was built. Include different logos into the symble for each of the 5 years to know the exact year it was built and turn to the next marriage date with the new color and so on.

30 years pearl
35 years coral - jade

You get the idea.

Airbrushed flames would be a nice touch...maybe even blue ones similar to this computer case:
