Standard Anthracite. Depending on what size it's between
9 and 13.5 ash

Any word on Knorr coal delivery? I got a message saying they are not making any deliveries due to emergency. Do you have any phone numbers for local Pittston area drivers whom would deliver to 18424? Got 4 ton of pea a few weeks ago and the coal does seem like less ash than maybe last year.

Here's picture of the ash from some coal I picked up about 1 month ago. This is typical with my boiler. We were burning coal from near Hazleton and the air was up on like 6 with a lot of black, the ash from Hudson coal was like powder on that air setting but wasting a lot of coal. It's down to 2 now.

We used to supply stripping coal to Hudson before we bought it, they would
run 60% Glen Lyon,30% laflin and 10% Carbondale. We have opted not to run the
lesser grades.

Is there a charge for loads less than 1 ton? Hudson would charge me $10 extra if I loaded my pickup myself and bought 3/4 ton....not cool

Because of that I switched to Jeddo...
