efm is set up as a dealer network. Our policy on over the counter sales is this:

If we have a dealer who sells, services or maintains efm coal boilers and furnaces within 30 miles of your town, we must sell through that dealer, however, we can sell through the dealer and ship directly to you. Persons outside that area can call us at 610 965 9041 and talk with our salesman Rich during the hours of 7a.m. and 4:15 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Our products are sold in all of New England and in states surrounding PA. We sell directly to consumers in many areas where there is an interest in coal products, but no dealer. If you are in doubt about ordering products from us, call during the working hours and talk to Rich.

Do you ever get into the business of rebuilding older boilers? I know there are one or two guys around doing it, but thought perhaps the factory would know how to do it better?

No, we don't rebuild any equipment, but we have all the replacement parts available for all of the 520 stokers. For the larger boilers, we have dealers who have repair parts for them. Call us for more specific information.
