Surpassed only by the six years (out of 27) spent in the brewing department at the Stroh Brewery, my eight years at efm were the next best thing to sliced bread. The four of us at efm Sales were dedicated to giving the best possible sales, customer service and dissemination of technical knowledge. I was able to get efm dealerships for a few people, some of whom are on this forum. I also spent a few extra hours working to increase knowledge about our product on this forum. It was my pleasure to help out here and I will continue to assist in whatever capacity I can as a former manufacturer's rep and presently an efm dealer. Many thanks to our administrator, Richard, who built this forum and allowed us great freedom to post here. My position with efm ends on February 6th.

The month of September, 2010 was spent moving the entire operation from Emmaus to a sister company in Schuylkill Haven and plan was drawn up as to how we would operate in our new location. I was also recruited to a new job in Emmaus at the same time. I resisted the recruiter for a few months until it became clear that I was on a westbound (train). My new job starts Monday.

It was a great 8 years at efm and 3+ years here and I look forward to seeing everybody here in the future.

Chris

Best wishes Chris, and good luck with your new job! I for one, think EFM made a monster mistake in not taking care of you and letting you get recruited by some other company. Thanks for all you've done for me. See you soon! :D Scott

Sounds like you've had 2 great jobs over 33 years. Lets hope this new endeavor is as satisfying as the previous one has been. Hey, as least you have a job in this economy. And they pursued you to boot? :)
