This is the 1st prototype is using a 220btu burner . Although testing has been slow because of 90 degree weather it does show real promising . It throws gobs of heat with the 1800 cfm fan . Stack temps are very cool on high burn so most of the heat is being washed off the furnace and blown up through the duct . We are hoping to finish the preliminary testing in the next couple weeks . Then we will be doing a 110btu unit which we are finding out 110 BTU is very conservative on the Pocono burner . More to come .

The first pic is the furnace running on the coal trol in our test area ,it was 93 degrees in the room after 1hr from start up . The second pic is the inside stove pipe temp running the 220k burner at full blast just at the outlet . This thing washes some heat ,plus running on the coal trol the 1800cfm fan is variable speed. The third is a test I tacked a piece of steel in to try to get the flames a little more spread out evenly toward the front that's what prototypes are for . Headed in the right direction but I need to make something more permanent and wider out of cast iron that looks good and protects the rear tubes from direct flame . We will be warm in the shop this winter .

220K BTU's might just heat this dump I have here ... quite nicely I would imagine!
That's one hell of a stoker you got there! Nice work!
