We will be updating our website and are interested in your feedback, please let us know what would be helpful to those of you that already own a LL and what changes would help us present our company and product line to the stove buying public.
Thank you in advance for any inputs you might have!

Font color on the menus is hard to read.
You have a lot of good info.!!
Maybe a parts section, online ordering of certain spare parts, gaskets, etc..

Around 7% of the male population is color blind to some extent. Red/Green color blindness is most common. Something to think about when designing a website that may have a lot of male visitors.

Add FAQ, Customer testimonials, fuel cost comparison calculator (with current fuel costs pre-filled), Graph showing fuel cost trends over the past x months/years.
Make the LL logo more dominate on the banner. Keep the "American Made" prominate but maybe not the waving flag dominating the banner.
"Leisure Line, for Leisure time" catch phrase? maybe "Leisure Line Stoves - .........something different......"
Emphasize the thermostatically controlled features...
Downloadable product brochure.

If it were up to me, I'd only change the menu options on the right - they sort of blend in with the flag. Maybe make them more prominent in the white section of the page. Rest of the site is easy to navigate.
Maybe you could put prices next to the stoves....
Yeah a parts microfiche like the bike sites would be fantastic -- & probably the first of it's kind!

Matt, Advertise more! I did not know about LL stoves when I started looking for a coal burner. I would have gladly driven to a dealor to see the stoves, had I known about them.
Even on your 'Signature' for your post, put a website.
Like this pic?
Also, downloadable manuals/brochures/specs. The sales marketing fluff is nice, but I like to see Facts/White papers.
Some font changes, and it will be a super website to visit.

I would change the recommended power vent
The squirrel cage fan of the SWG power vent tends to easily plug from the soot of solid fuel burning
http://www.fieldcontrols.com/venting.php
I would recommend a better power vent option as
TJERNLUND SS2 (not the SS1) side shot with its self-cleaning impeller for draft
http://www.tjernlund.com/oilsidewall.htm
But you mileage may vary

The MENU is obscured in the flag on the home page
Then remains lost on the far right hand side of subsequent pages.
I would post actual installation pictures from Delighted Customers!
On the product assortment:
I would look at producing a hand-fired unit.
I would look to grafting-in an Air-Wash for the glass, across the full line.
Each of which should not require a crippling input; yet provide additional market...
Bob
ps. I'll leave "the ability to burn pellet fuels" to someone else

Personally I'm with the crowd the color combination on the menu/links is hard to read in the wrong light. Also as mentioned above the online parts request from sounds like like a good idea as well as testimonials and a fuel cost calculator. Use some better illustrations to show your products strengths.

you could add a line in the specs for each stove about back-up power wattage required at max usage.

Yes, a White Paper Spec sheet should list this. I didn't see any published though....
