The gear box on my Mountain Man 85 began leaking oil--after 35 years the seals were shot and OEM parts not available.

These are exact or near exact replacements:

Power input shaft (behind the drive pulley): W.W. Grainger item # 60ZK37 about $6 exact replacement

Auger shaft, 1.248" dia (2 required): AVX Seals Corp Item # TC 31.7 x 41.2 x 6.35 Shaft oil seal TC 1.248" x 1.622" x 0.25"
about $5 each
This is not an exact replacement but extremely close. ID is exact but the OD is .012" larger than the original but does fit with a little coaxing. Try chamfering the edge of the seal recess a little and use some lube. The aluminum castings are fairly fragile so don't force too hard.

Hope this info is of use to someone!
