Hot Air Coal Stoker Stove: Of unknown make

Post by Chevy-73 » Tue. Feb. 04, 2020 10:47 pm

So two years ago I bought a house with an older stoker unit installed finally got around to working on it. Built up the teeth on the ring and built up the ring arm. Put it all together and lit it last Friday . It’s doing well so far but I can’t find and tags or anything online that looks like it for identification. Located in NE Wyoming so possibly a prill but I’m uncertain. Any help of ID would be appreciated. Thank you all in advance

It has a will-burt gearbox. Aside from that I can't help much.

It works great. I think it will end up going threw a ton a month. Had to cut in a 6” fresh air pipe to the basement. Chimney wouldn’t draw and it would puff out the barometric.

Yes it is bituminous I get it a half hour away for 45$ a ton from wydak in the powder river basin in Wyoming. The furnace kind of looks like dakota eagle unit.

One more vote for coal coming out of the Powder River Basin of Wyoming and Montana.
