Are you talking about the fan control temperature on/off settings or high limit temperature setting?

High Limit wants to open circuit upon reaching up to 200*F.

Fan Switch goes on at ~175* and goes off after cooling back to 150*F.

Based on my experience with these furnaces, a fan on temp setting in the 140-150 range and fan off setting in the 110-120 range works well.

Sorry for the delay, the people at Will Burt say that the high limit for this unit is 400*F. I took it off and placed it in the oven and confirmed that it opens at 450*F which seems reasonable to me. This limit switch looks a lot like the temperature control switch for a lee lead melting pot.

I have the fan limit set at the factory setting.

I'm not a fan of that as a high limit. One of the reasons you see so many combustioneers with sagging tubes and heat exchangers is because of such a high limit when the feed/air is adjusted improperly. I'd prefer to see 350 max on a heat exchanger snap switch or 200 on a combination switch.
