Hi All , Just couldn’t resist buying this beautiful green enamelled antique french stove . All cast iron , art nouveau design , made time period 1921-1940. Apart from new mica it is it’s original condition . Will burn small logs , anthracite. Should be with me in about a week . Looks like a polish and it’s ready to go ! Really pleased . These are the sellers photos ( elderly couple have had it in there home for years ) . Looking forward to receiving it and having it up and running in the bedroom .

There are many stove sellers that say this stove is multi fuel. This is absolutely unacceptable!
They know nothing about antique French stoves.
All these stoves were designed for anthracite or coke.

Hi All , So stove arrived late last night , so after taking it apart , cleaning it out , polishing , and stove blacking her she is ! Really pleased , all intact and no damage . Just need to get a connection piece made ( oval to round ) then she should be good to go . Enamel is in great condition considering the stove was made between 1921- 1940. Hope you enjoy the pics .

Excellent Wal!
We need some fire pics as soon as you can!
After the first fires, I will write you about an improvement you can make to this stove to save much fuel.
