The lady that had the Godin stove I just bought also gave me a few sections 6" porcelain coated stove pipe.
I was wondering if I got an adapter for 4" pipe coming out of the Godin to convert it to 6", would it possibly help the stove draw better....especially with a coal fire.

Forgive me. I am new to wood/ coal burning stoves and I am trying to use some common sense.
My thinking may be off base.....
