Stove holds about 12 lbs of coal set it off at 5.30pm - still burning at 5am next morning , good warm heat output . As I said previously think it's French , possibly Belgium, but more likely French . Just wanted to share , this is the 3rd stove installed in the house . Running out of walls to install them ha ha .

You have good taste Wal, and lots of talent. Thanks for posting, and the video. Is that bit coal burning on the video in the insert? The orange flames look a bit confusing to me.

Have to confess it's smokless excel they are man made ovals covered with a anthracite coating , high heat , low ash , and £8.50 for a 20kg bag so quite economical.

Very decorative. Do they ever snap, crackle, pop? Hate to see a straggler landing on your nice rugs or floors.

Will be buying anthracite this coming winter from the coal merchant more expensive, but might mix the two as excel lights easy . And know excel just produces heat and a nice looking flame 🔥. No snap/crackle/pop ha ha 🤗🤗
