Hi All,
I ended up with a Surdiac 616D in great condition except for the heat exchanger. I'll post pictures later, but other than a little surface rust the grates are in great condition, the hopper too, the body is very good, the glass is all there, clean, unpitted, etc. I even have all the tools. It seems this stove was only fired a few times, and then left to rot.
So, anyone need Surdiac parts? Or looking for a rebuild project? A new stainless steel heat exchanger can be had from Meyers Furniture, they custom build them and have several in stock...

As promised, here's the good, the bad and the ugly! I think I'm just going to part this stove out, then park the hulk at the curb for the scrap metal guys to snag. PM me if you want the glass, the tools, any of the grates, firebasket, furnace paddle or hopper pieces, ash pans, handles, knobs, body parts, etc. and we'll work something out. These parts will fit the 616, 713 and 720 size Surdiac stoves. If you want the whole stove, best get to me fast before the good bits are gone!

FYI, shipping is flat rate box USPS Priority Mail, $5.95 for a small box, $12.65 for a medium box, and $17.90 for a large box. That's to anywhere in the US, up to 70 lbs. I can fit pretty much any of the cast iron parts except the top into one of those boxes.

Hey man I know you posted this 6 years ago but I’m wondering if you could help me. First off do you still have these parts from the surdiac 616d, and also this Meyers furniture that can make a stainless heat exchanger, where are they located? Do you have phone number? Thank you very much for your help!

It appears that http://www.myersfurniturepa.com/contact-us/ has gone out of business. I bought a new stainless heat exchanger for my Surdiac 612 around 2010. They seemed to be still in business in 2015, but for the last couple of years I haven't been able to get a reply or an valid web site for them. They used to have lots of Surdiac parts available and had a metal shop that custom made the SS heat exchangers for the various models. -- I wish someone had some information on Darrell Myer, he was a good source for Surdiac parts and info.
