I agree with Franco. Doesn't influence the draft substantially. Welcome to the Surdiac crowd. I'm curious how well that PyroCeram works out. My glass panes have gotten a little crispy this season. And at $120 to replace them all, I'm open for alternatives.

I'll let you know how it behaves in the Surdiac next season. I have used PyroCeram to replace the glass in our old Vermont Castings stove. It works splendidly! The cost does vary significantly from online dealers so do your home work. The piece I got to install into the Surdiac cost me $109.00 delivered to my door.
