Chiefcamper uploaded his method of operating the Grand Oval. Chief did a great job! As you know, there are no other Godin uploads
worth viewing. I thought I'd share the link with NEPA users>

vmi thanks for posting the links.

Nice videos Chief, looks like Your stove is in great shape. Your really able to get the coal down using the poker in the front like that before shaking it down and to fill the stove with coal couldn't be any easier. That is the first time I have seen a Godin in action, thanks for the videos.

You are ALL more than welcome Guys, Thanks for the recognition :D :D

I knew this wasn't gonna be the prettiest thing going as I'm not an actor, nor do I play one on TV. It looks like it got the job done though. Plus some of you can appreciate the ease of use on your particular stove. I'm sure most stoves are more convenient LOL.

But It was an enjoyable little project, as I used my kids' camcorder that hadn't been charged since who knows when, also my son gave me some good help behind the camara. When they become teenagers, you gotta appreciate anything that brings you together. :)

Thanks for making the videos. The more information out there the better. You would be surprised but there isn't a lot of stuff out there about coal heaters comparatively.
