So I'm just about finished with my chimney installation (thanks to everyone for their comments on my last thread about size of chimney connector), now I'm on to the details of the stove. It needs new gaskets all around and I thought I got what would fit but the doors don't want to shut with the new gasket installed. I'm using 3/8" graphite gaskets - they appear to sit nicely in the channels (perhaps a little swollen). What have you used with success in these doors?
Thanks,
Erik

Shoulda read the whole post--is iy just real tight or won't close? I know when I put new gasket in my door it's tighter'n a nuns legs but settles in after some use.

I forget who's got the Jotuls, but they'll chime in here. Just for the heck of it--go top right search box & try Jotul 507 door gasket
