SouthWest Virginia Coal

Does anybody know on this forum, if they still mine for coal in Southwest Virginia and eastern Tennessee ? If somebody lives there , can they buy coal to heat their home with ?

The coal mines are still running I get my coal from Norton Virginia Its KY lump. But The mines in VA have come back.
