Newbie With DF520, Need Some Help With Tuning...

The cabinet is perfectly level, my husband is calling the guy we got the coal from to see what he has to say. Now that it's warm for the past couple days, I am getting more coal in the ash bin than ever before. No setting gets rid of this problem, even when it looks like a perfect fire.
