Stoker Coal Boiler: 1953 EFM520 Highboy

Post by Mark (PA) » Sun. Sep. 21, 2008 11:23 am

Is anyone using the C version of this for outfires? This is the version that goes onto the pipe and not a tapping.

I ask only because getting plugs out of the tappings on my boiler has proven to be less than easy. Thus I don't want to try to get any more out...

Mine would be going on a 1 1/4" supply pipe right after the first check valve? Any thoughts?

Thanks!
