Stoker Coal Boiler: EFM furance

For some reason, I've gone through an astronomical amount of rice coal this winter (twice as much as I usually do) and I'm almost out of rice coal again.

I saw someone selling 2 ton of buck coal (their coal stoker broke down and they replaced it with an oil furnace) for $400. I believe I have an S20 EFM. Can I use buck coal in it?

Yes you can. You may need to adjust the air a bit, so keep an eye on the fire after you switch.

Thank you! I have to look up adjusting the airflow (haven't had to do it in many years).
