Looks like a regular mixing valve. One just twists the handle to adj temp of hot water outputted by the mixing valve. Yes?
What's your issue? Wanting to know how many a single turn will effect temp. setting? The manual seems to say that there is an indicator...yours no have? Then twist, measure temp coming out...I set mine on low side 120F. The temp. output will vary with user; depends on incoming water temps of hot/cold lines..which are different for all.
Also, Sharkbite makes one of these mixing valves too ... when my mixing valve went bad, easy
replacement.

Everyone is a little different. I have had the same two brand mixers and one be 1/2 a turn more for the same temp. I would start at 1/2 a turn and try it. It should be pretty close.
