Ok so almost done wore this 520 in but hit a road block I have a Tork 1hr mechanical timer and have power to it now my question is where does it go from there to on my aquastat which is a L7224 I’m afraid of wiring it wrong and shorting something out

See page 15. On a 520, the switched output from the timer goes to ZR. Using ZR will prevent the timer from firing the stoker above the high limit.

In the manual above, it would be terminal 4.

1. 120v hot
2. 120v neutral
3. Jumpered to 1.
4. Normally open circuit that closes on timer cycle to pass voltage from 3. (Usually a red wire is used to ZR)

I don't know the terminal designations for the Tork

Currently you have a jumper from power to the NO terminal. You should change that so the jumper goes from power to the C terminal, as shown in the attached diagram. Next connect a wire from the NO terminal in the timer to the ZR terminal in the aquastat (shown as Load 2 in the diagram).

The way you have it wired now would work, but it would be confusing to anyone trying to troubleshoot it later.
